Experience:

• Ernesto "Ernie" Alvarez, after graduating from Aurora West High School he went on to play baseball in the professional Independent League.
• He is a unique baseball coach because of the fact he is ambidextrous.
• He pitches batting practice both right and left handed.
• He has coached High School baseball at Marmion High School (Aurora) & St. Rita High School (Chicago).
• Ernie's summers are spent coaching the Cangelosi Sparks partnering with long-time friend Bill Copp.
• Ernie previously coached our ESP 13u Red squad and this summer was a part of former White Sox Jim Parque’s USA-LABC Coaching staff coaching our USA Teams in the Dominican Republic.
