Sound, Repeatable Mechanics – building efficient movement patterns that reduce stress and increase command
Mental Toughness – helping pitchers handle adversity, stay composed, and compete with confidence
High Pitching IQ – developing situational awareness, pitch sequencing, and understanding how to attack hitters
Matt is dedicated to using the latest technology to create a positive and competitive environment where pitchers can grow, receive hands on data driven feedback, refine their craft and learn how to compete at their highest level. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and player‑first approach make him a key contributor within ESP’s pitching development pathway.
