Began coaching and training baseball in 2005 throughout the Chicagoland area. Scott has been coaching baseball and training at ESP Select Baseball since 2012. During his time at ESP, he has prepared both youth and high school players for the next level of their baseball careers both mentally and physically. He specializes his training areas in hitting, fielding and pitching. Currently, he is a Varsity Assistant Coach at Oswego East High School. At OE, he continues to work with players on their pitching, hitting and fielding fundamentals. It is very important to Scott to help players grow as students and baseball players including their Baseball IQ.

Scott holds numerous Baseball Certifications in an effort to continue to further his coaching and training knowledge. These certifications include MLB Academy Coaching certificates, USA Baseball Coaching certificates, and Illinois High School Coaching certificates. He really enjoys incorporating technology into his coaching/training including things like filming analysis and Rapsodo for both hitting/pitching. Scott has helped numerous players realize their dream of playing college baseball over the years.

Scott currently resides in Aurora with his wife and two boys.
